Hey There

Hi, I’m Rachel.

I’ve spent more than 20 years guiding and empowering others—first as an ESL teacher, then as a fitness instructor, and now through coaching and development work.

My own path has been anything but traditional, and along the way I’ve learned that many of the expectations we carry about how life should look often need to be reexamined.

My 40s, in particular, have been a season of growth, reflection, and rebuilding. Part of that journey has included questioning old beliefs shaped by growing up in a high-control environment and learning to move forward with curiosity and compassion.

Professionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and work in talent development for a global company, helping create more human-centered workplaces.

Through both my professional work and personal experience, I’ve seen how often women find themselves navigating major transitions—career shifts, identity and core belief challenges, relationship dynamics, or simply the feeling that something in life needs to change.

That’s where coaching comes in.

My approach is supportive, curious, and trauma-informed. I believe people already carry wisdom within them, but sometimes we need space, thoughtful questions, and encouragement to move through the barriers that keep us stuck.

If you’re in a season of change, uncertainty, or rediscovery, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
