Why engage in coaching?

Coaching creates space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention. It can be especially helpful if you feel stuck, scattered, or are navigating shifts in your body, energy, identity, or season of life.

Rather than trying to figure everything out alone, coaching provides personalized guidance, thoughtful reflection, and supportive accountability so you can move toward your goals with clarity and confidence.

What services do you offer?

I currently offer two multi-session coaching packages designed to support meaningful growth over time:

4-Session Coaching Package — $1,000 (A focused coaching experience designed to help you gain clarity, build momentum, and begin implementing meaningful changes.)

10-Session Coaching Package — $2,000 (A deeper coaching partnership for sustained growth, accountability, and long-term goal achievement.)

True transformation rarely happens in a single conversation. Multi-session coaching allows us to set goals, experiment with new habits, reflect on what’s working, and adjust over time—creating real, sustainable change.

NOTE: All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Teams.

Sessions can be scheduled at a pace that supports your life and goals, typically spaced over 3–6 months for the most meaningful progress.

What if I need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund?

Payment for the full package must be paid up front.  Together we will establish the appropriate schedule for the individual sessions. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used session or incur an additional fee. If an emergency arises, I will do my best to work with you.

Refund policy:
• Full refunds are available within 7 days of package purchase if no sessions have been used.
• Once coaching sessions have begun, packages are non-refundable.

If a unique situation arises, I am always open to a conversation.

As a coach, will you tell me exactly what to do?

Coaching is about empowerment, awareness, and self-directed change.

Rather than prescribing solutions, my role is to ask thoughtful questions and offer perspective, support and accountability as you discover the actions and strategies that are right for you.

You remain the expert in your own life and only you can enact the changes needed.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy.

While I am an empathetic listener and have a background in psychology, I am not a licensed clinical therapist. Coaching focuses on forward-moving growth, goals, and personal development, not the diagnosis or treatment of trauma or mental health conditions.

Coaching should not replace medical or mental health care. I may recommend working with other qualified professionals if support outside my scope is needed.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Everything shared during our coaching sessions is kept confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or you provide written permission.

Do I need to have a clear goal before starting coaching?

Not at all.

Many clients begin coaching because they feel stuck, scattered, or in transition, and part of the coaching process is helping clarify what matters most and where to focus your energy.

You don’t need a perfect plan before starting — just a willingness to reflect, explore, and move forward intentionally.

What is a Coaching Clarity Call?

The Coaching Clarity Call is a free, no-pressure conversation designed to explore whether coaching together would be a good fit.

During this call we’ll talk about:
• What’s currently feeling challenging or unclear for you.
• The goals or changes you’re hoping to make
• Whether coaching could help support you in that process

You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions about my coaching approach and the available packages.

By the end of the call, you’ll have a better sense of whether coaching feels like the right next step for you. If it's not, that’s completely okay. My goal is for you to leave the conversation with more clarity than when you arrived
